These services involve significant planning, resources, and custom work that cannot be reversed once initiated.

2. Refunds for Hosting Services

Refunds are only available for hosting services under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• No significant usage or data upload has occurred on the hosting account.
• The request meets our technical and contractual feasibility checks.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
